| The Bush Theatre aims to bring the best new writing to the most diverse audience possible and strives to offer access for all. At The Bush, we are committed to making your visit as welcoming and enjoyable as possible. |

| Wheelchair access |
| Unfortunately our physical access facilities are limited by the constraints of our venue, over which we have limited control, and there are three short flights of stairs to reach the auditorium. We will assist patrons who are able to walk up the stairs. Unfortunately, due to health & safety regulations we are unable to assist in carrying the wheelchair user up or down the stairs into the auditorium. |

We recommend that wheelchair users visiting the theatre are accompanied, and companions are entitled to a complimentary ticket. If you are a wheelchair user or need extra time to get into the auditorium, please make us aware of your needs when you book. |
| Seating |
| Seating at The Bush Theatre is tiered and unreserved. The central aisles do not have handrails on the staircases. Customers with mobility difficulties can reserve front row seats, if specified at the time of booking. |
| Foyer area |
| The box office is located directly through the main doors on the ground floor, as are the connecting doors to the O’Neill’s pub. Toilets are available on the ground floor in the pub, or up two short sets of stairs on the way to the auditorium. |
| Sign Language Interpreted Performances |
| On one Saturday matinee for each production, the performance is accompanied by a British Sign Language Interpreter, and specific seats with a clear view of the signer are reserved. If you require seats in this area, please specify at the time of booking. For the next signed performance, check our calendar. |
Audio Described Performances |
Audio description is a live verbal commentary delivered, via discreet headsets, during a performance, capturing the key visual elements such as actions and movements, gestures and facial expressions, sets, props and costumes. Please specify if you would like to use this service at the time of booking. For the next audio described performance, check our calendar.
Video Captioned Performances |
| Captioning converts the spoken word into text, which is displayed on a caption unit situated on or next to the stage. As the words are spoken or sung, the captioner sends the specially formatted script to the display unit, enabling audience members who are deaf or who have some degree of hearing loss to understand what is being said at the same time as everyone else. Please specify if you would like to use this service at the time of booking. For the next audio described performance, check our calendar. |
| Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs |
| Guide dogs and support dogs are welcome in our auditorium. Please mention this when booking. |
