Online booking via our secure site is available 24 hours a day and there are no booking fees. You can book online up until 4pm on the day of the performance (12pm on Saturdays), and collect your tickets from the box office any time after 5pm.
Please note that you must bring a copy of the confirmation email with you when you collect your tickets.
We sell from an allocation so if you cannot get the tickets you need it does not necessarily mean we are sold out - call the box office on 020 7610 4224
to check availability. |

Full price: £15 / £10 concessions
Previews: £13 / £9 concessions
Saturday matinees: All tickets £10
Bushpush Nights: Students £7
Readings: £6, or £10 for any two
Group bookings: Buy 10 tickets and get the 11th free
Concessions are available to senior citizens, students, state or disability benefit claimants, leisure link and ace card holders. Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility on collection of your tickets. |

| Reservations |
|
Depending on the demand for tickets, it is possible to reserve tickets until 5pm
on the following day, up to three days before the performance. Please note, however, that we cannot reserve tickets to pay on the door. |

| Returns |
|
We are unable to give refunds, but tickets may be exchanged for another performance or for credit vouchers. This is on condition that we receive tickets
24 hours before the performance (7 days for group bookings), and is subject to an administration fee of £1.

| Latecomers |
|
The Bush Theatre operates a strict NO LATECOMERS policy due to the nature of the theatre space. Customers entering the theatre have to walk across the stage, and this disrupts the performance.
If you are late, and there is no interval, you will not be permitted to enter the theatre or be refunded for your ticket. If there is an interval, you will be permitted to enter the theatre for the second half of the performance, and a synopsis of the first act will be available.
