Call our Box Office on 020 8743 5050. There is no booking fee. The Box Office is open from 1pm - 7:00pm Monday to Saturday (or 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday when there is no show on). Outside these hours please leave us a message and we'll get back to you.

We love having visitors. If you pop in to see us you can buy tickets in person from our Box Office which is open from 1pm - 7:30pm Monday to Saturday (or 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday when there is no show on).

Tickets left at the Box Office for collection can be picked up at any time, but please leave plenty of time before the start of a performance.
concessions
The Bush's concession rate is available to Senior Citizens, Disabled, Unemployed and Students. Please bring a valid form of ID with you.
group bookings
Groups of 11 people or more are eligible for the concessionary rate. Every 11th person as part of a Group is eligible for a free ticket. Please call the Box Office to make a Group Booking.
school groups
Special rates are available for School Groups. Please call the Box Office for more details.

refunds
Please note that there are no refunds, except in the event of the show being cancelled.
exchanges
We're happy to exchange tickets for performances of the same production. We have to charge a £1 administration fee (per transaction) for this, and we can only exchange tickets if they are returned to us at least 24 hours before the performance.
resales
If a performance is sold out, we will try to resell your tickets for you, but we can't guarantee to do so. If we do managed to resell your tickets, we will give you a Credit Voucher to their full value.
latecomers
Because The Bush is a small theatre, anyone entering after the show starts causes considerable disruption to both other audience members and to the actors. Often audiences have to actually cross the stage to get to their seats, and the actors often use the audience entrance to enter and exit. Because of this, we are unable to permit latecomers under any circumstances. We hope you understand.
free under-26 tickets
A Night Less Ordinary is an Arts Council England scheme in association with Metro, which will provide 618,000 free theatre tickets to anyone under 26 in more than 200 venues across England. For more information about the scheme visit www.anightlessordinary.org.uk
