Internships
The Bush offers two rolling internships throughout the year in the literary and bushgreen departments and in the marketing and producing departments. The internships run in rep for three days a week from 10am -6pm. Both interns share the responsibility of general administrative office tasks, while focusing in one specific area. Internships last three months maximum. Please note that the Bush can only cover travel expenses within London.

Work Experience
Work experience at the Bush provides young people with the opportunity to gain hands on experience working in a producing venue. Work experience placements are unpaid and can last for up to 2 weeks. If you wish to apply for a work experience placement at the Bush, you MUST meet all of the following criteria:
- Be between 14 and 18 years of age.
- Live or go to school in the boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing, Kensington and Chelsea, Acton or Westminster.
- Demonstrate a proven interest in theatre, such as a theatre-related college course or GCSEs.
- Have completed the work experience application form and returned it by the deadline listed below.
- Be available for an interview for up to two weeks after the deadline
There are three points in the year when we accept applications for work experience placements. Any applications received before or after the below dates will NOT be read.
Autumn 2011
Applications accepted between: Monday 26th September - Friday 7th October
Interviews between: Monday 17th – Wednesday 19th October
Placement from: Monday 24th – Friday 28th October
Spring 2012
Applications accepted between: Monday 16th January - Friday 27th January
Interviews between: Wednesday 1st February – Friday 3 rd February
Placement from: Monday 13th February – Friday 17th February
Summer 2012
Applications accepted between: Monday 7th May - Friday 18th May
Interviews between: Wednesday 23rd May – Friday 25th May
Placement from: Monday 4th June – Friday 8th June
