TRAD
By Mark Doherty Tue 4 - Sat 29 Apr, 2006A surreal comedy about tradition in a mad place, TRAD is the hilarious tale of the very old Thomas and his even more aged 'da'. When Thomas reveals that he once fathered a son in a long-ago fling, the pair set off across the Irish countryside to seek the unknown child, with nothing more than a hobble and a limp to help them.
What the papers say

'The original fiddle and guitar score by Jim Doherty papers over the surrealism to lull you into an alternate universe as Paul Keogan's design morphs from sea, to graveyard, to rambling countryside. After one hour and 15 minutes you don't want it to end, and once again the Bush theatre has delivered the theatre of tomorrow today.'
