Marketing and Development Assistant

The Bush Theatre is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing and Development Assistant to work across both departments and support with achieving ambitious targets. 

This entry level role is designed to offer initial key skills development and experience across four days per week, with some hybrid working flexibility and evening work required.

Hours: 28 hours across exclusive of an hour break, across at least 4 days per week.  General office hours 10am – 6pm.
Weekend and evening work will be required as part of this role

Salary: £25,906.50 per annum (pro rata = £ 20,725.19 for a 4 day week)

Contract type: 9 months fixed term contract  

In this role you will:

  • Support the Marketing team in the running of campaigns:
    • Create campaign materials, including designing digital assets, and creating briefs for graphic designers, photographers and videographers, including amendments, shortlisting and sign-off with stakeholders.
    • Support the day-to-day management of the Bush’s social media channels
    • Support with regular e-newsletters
  • Maintain accurate records on Spektrix and the shared drive, as well as keeping efficient paper files and audit trails where appropriate 
  • Support the Development Team with the delivery of benefits and fundraising signage, and ensuring donors are appropriately credited
