Come and see performance poet and playwright Joseph Coelho as he brings the poems from his debut collection Werewolf Club Rules off the page with a series of explosive interactive performances, that draw on a long theatrical background as a performer and playwright for the UK’s top children’s theatres.

Joseph has been busy travelling the country with his solo shows, The PoetryJoe Show and Pop-Up Flashback, wowing sellout audiences with glowing poems about folding grannies and naughty hamsters, and giant entering magical worlds via some giant pop-ups. His poetry has appeared in many anthologies and theatre productions. He has even been beamed on to Cbeebies Rhyme Rocket to share his poem Bug Stew and is a short listed poet for the CLPE Poetry Award 2015. With over twelve years’ experience engaging children with literacy through fun and creative means, Joseph will not only offer up a menu of poems about school days, inspiring teachers, crazy scientists, artistic snails and of course werewolves(!) but will also get you wild about writing.
