If you are seated in Block B please go to Entrance B at the front of the Bush Theatre terrace.

In the event of the show being cancelled or postponed for any reason, please rest assured that you will be entitled to a refund and our Box Office team will be in touch to arrange it with you.

What should I do if I can’t access my e-ticket?

If you haven’t received your e-ticket by email, please contact our box office for assistance. You can either show your e-ticket on your mobile device, or you can bring a printed version. If you arrive at the venue without your ticket, please go to the box office where we will assist you.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

If yourself or a member of your household has been asked to isolate due to COVID-19, then your tickets can be refunded up to 2 hours before the performance, or exchanged into another performance at an appropriate time. Please contact our box office at least 2 hours prior to your performance to arrange a refund or exchange.

If you can no longer make the performance due to other reasons, then our usual ticketing terms and conditions apply. We’re happy to exchange tickets for performances of the same production. We have to charge a £2 administration fee (per transaction) for this, and we can only exchange tickets if they are returned to us at least 48 hours before the performance.

Can I sit with my friends?

Please follow Government guidelines on meeting with others and only attend in your household or support bubble. If you have booked seats or a table in our Library Bar next to someone who is not in your household or support bubble, please email [email protected] and a member of the Bush team will happily assist you.

Rest assured, we are aware that some people cannot wear face coverings for health reasons. If this applies to you, click here to download a TfL exemption card. This card is not mandatory, but it will make your visit smoother as our teams can easily identify you as exempt.
