Dramatic Monologues Workshop

  • Our Plays
  • The Bigger Picture

The Bush has opened invitations to a workshop on dramatic monologues, designed to help emerging playwrights develop their stories for the stage. You’ll need to bring a monologue you’ve been working on – no more than 3-5 pages.

When: Tue 12 Sep 2017, 3-6pm
Where: Reading Room, Bush Theatre
How much: Free (but book a place)

The workshop will be run by Stewart Pringle, Associate Dramaturg at the Bush and winner of the 2017 Papatango Prize for Playwriting, and Nabihah Islam, Bush Emerging Writers’ Group (2015-16) graduate and poet.

Please email [email protected] with the title of your monologues to book a place. The workshop is open to all writers but the Bush is particularly interested to hear from women of colour and Muslim women.
