About

“People in West London want to live forever. They think death will not find them. Death is not for them. How can they die when they have so much to give, to offer, to find, to take, to have, to make, to feel, to SAY, for god’s sake?”

Camilla, a journo for hipster rag Gun Magazine, has a new assignment. She’s interviewing Ablah, West London’s most sought-after botox doctor.

As the two begin to dissect ideals of beauty, they conjure a world where botox can act for bullets and chemical peels become weapons. In this brave new world, the tables are turned and it’s Ablah’s turn for a close up. Is she ready to go under the knife?

From celebrated poet, playwright, performer and writer Sabrina Mahfouz comes this zinging new thriller about the face value of one woman’s choice to conform.

Early development supported by the National Theatre.
