About

Ever wondered how you find the right director for your script? Or how to best bring a brand new script to life?

This Masterclass is perfect for writers and directors itching to find out more about how best to work together.

Over three hours, Artistic Director of the Bush Theatre, Lynette Linton (Sweat, Chiaroscuro), and Associate Director of the Bush Theatre, Daniel Bailey (Blue/Orange, Concubine) will take you through their best techniques for working with writers and bringing a new script to stage.

There are limited bursary places available for writers who need them. Please contact [email protected] for more information on applying for a bursary place.

Directing New Work is one of the Bush Theatre’s new regular Masterclass events, which aim to offer an insight into theatre from leading practitioners and serve as an introduction to the industry.
