Flute Theatre are a touring Theatre Company who bring the stories of Shakespeare to audiences who may not be able to access the performing arts, such as children with autism and their families.
The Flute Dreams Community Project is a three year partnership between Flute Theatre, Queensmill School, MA Acting UAL and Bush Theatre. This project takes place during the school holidays where Flute Theatre lead creative, performative workshops for Queensmill students and their families at Bush Theatre.
We are very proud to be a part of this unique project and to support the wonderful work of Flute Theatre on improving inclusivity and access to the performing arts.
“We are so thrilled that the genuine magic, performed by Kelly and her team has now been witnessed first-hand by parents and siblings at this performance of Midsummer at the Bush Theatre. It’s both a relief and a pleasure to know that students like ours, so often marginalised have a special place in the community, beyond their school, where they can be celebrated so thrillingly.”
