Accessibility

We programme a range of assisted performances throughout the year, including relaxed, audio described and captioned performances. Our building has level access to all floors and performance spaces.

The Bush understands disability within the Social Model. This means we are committed to being as accessible as possible in everything we do.

Disabled patrons have access to £5 off standard price tickets – just choose the Access ticket type at checkout. Wheelchair spaces are available at every performance, and free tickets are available for Personal Assistants / Access Companions.

Wheelchair spaces and free Personal Assistant tickets can now be booked online. Click here to find out how.

You are welcome to bring your assistance dog into both auditoriums. Please request an aisle seat when you book. Alternatively, our staff are happy to dog-sit for you.

Disabled customers can use the Box Office phone to arrange a pick up or call a taxi, or you can ask a member of staff to do this. We’re always happy to help. The best place for pick up / drop off is on Pennard Road to the left of the building.

We believe that equal access can only be achieved with your input, so if we can do anything to make your visit more enjoyable, have any ideas about what we could do better or just want to know more about our access facilities, please give us a call on 020 8743 5050 or email [email protected].

Please ask us if you would like any of this information in other formats.
