The Bush wins ‘My Favourite Business’ Award

We’re celebrating being named as My Favourite Business in the 2014 Hammersmith and Fulham Brilliant Business Awards!

We pride ourselves on being a local theatre with an international reputation. So we’re thrilled to have won an award that recognises and reaffirms our deep connection to our local community in the same week that we announce that Josephine and I will transfer to New York in 2015, the third of three productions from our 2013 Season to play in the USA. Thank you to everyone who nominated us for the shortlist.

The Awards evening, held at Hammersmith Town Hall on 26 November, was a brilliant opportunity to applaud all the hard work and achievements of local businesses during the past year. Cheered on by a host of Hammersmith and Fulham Councillors, a variety of businesses form hair salons to restaurants, estate agents to opera companies, took to the stage to be recognised for their success. It was great to have the chance to celebrate with other local businesses, as well as members of our local government, reinforcing the huge amount of entrepreneurship and innovation in our borough.

We’re proud to be a part of it.
