The Bush understands disability within the Social Model. This means we are committed to being as accessible as possible in everything we do.
We programme a range of assisted performances throughout the year, including audio described and captioned performances. Our building has level access to all floors and performance spaces.
Disabled patrons have access to £5 off standard price tickets – just choose the Access ticket type at checkout. Wheelchair spaces are available at every performance – give us a call on 020 8743 5050 or email [email protected] to book.
Free tickets are available for essential companions – either email us at [email protected] or call us on 020 8743 5050 to book.

For dates and times of access performances please refer to the show pages, where details of accessible performances are listed under access details. You are welcome to bring your assistance dog into both auditoriums. Please request an aisle seat when you book. Alternatively, our staff are happy to dog-sit for you.
If you need to sit at the end of a row, near an exit, or need a single seat and none are available to book online, please do get in touch with our Box Office team. Give us a call on 020 8743 5050 or email [email protected].
We believe that equal access can only be achieved with your input, so if we can do anything to make your visit more enjoyable, have any ideas about what we could do better or just want to know more about our access facilities, please give us a call on 020 8743 5050 or email [email protected].
Please ask us if you would like any of this information in other formats.
