  • Returns Queue: we often get tickets returned just before the show. These tickets will be offered to a returns queue in person at the Box Office on a first-come, first-served basis. You can join the queue from 2 hours before the show.
  • Join as a supporter: become a supporter from just £30 a month to unlock benefits including the best seats for every production, even after the show has sold out. Click here to find out more and join now.

E-tickets

We use contactless e-tickets on all orders.

When you book, you will receive e-tickets sent to your email address. You can also access these by logging in to your account and clicking ‘E-tickets’.

You will need to show these on your phone or mobile device when entering the auditorium, so make sure you have them ready. There is no need to print your e-tickets.
