Franklin’s Flying Christmas Bookshop

Imagine and draw your dragon and create your own story.

This fun, two-part event is based on Franklin’s Flying Bookshop, by Jen Campbell. Her new book is about a little girl and her dragon friend who both share a love of stories. The event will begin with an interactive storytelling session with sounds and actions, followed by a drawing workshop.

Jen Campbell is an award-winning poet and short story writer. She’s also the bestselling author of the Weird Things Customers Say in Bookshops series and The Bookshop Book. Her short story collection The Beginning of the World in the Middle of the Nightis published by Two Roads and she talks about books at youtube.com/jenvcampbell.  Franklin’s Flying Bookshop is her first picture book for children.

This immersive storytelling session and dragon drawing workshop is suitable for children ages 4-8 years old.
