Girl Power – The Pirate Queens meet…

Clare Naylor (author and script writer) and Lucy Moore (writer and historian) are on a mission. To inspire girls who dream of more than castles and princes, of flying and fossils, space and stars, art and adventure.

They are the Pirate Queens and they tell stories of real-life heroines, who transformed their worlds by being brave, imaginative and true to themselves.

Bring your daughters to listen to the tales of passed Pirate Queens from Eleanor of Aquitaine to Ella FitzGerald and to meet the Pirate Queens of today as Claire and Lucy interview 2 inspiring special guests.

You can find out more at www.piratequeens.com and join them in their quest to rip off all tiaras and replace with them with pilot helmets, judges wigs, hard hats and pirate tricorns!
