So you’ve just joined as a Bush member – welcome!
This page contains everything you need to know to get the most out of your membership and unlock all of your benefits.
Look out for your welcome email from us – it will contain more details about your membership as well as your unique booking links.
Your benefits
As soon as you sign up, your benefits are active. All members receive the following benefits so you can enjoy many great nights out at the Bush for less:
- Discounts on full price tickets
- Money off drinks and food at our bar
- Special offers and news
- Special rates on Bush Theatre productions elsewhere (including Red Pitch in the West End)

Next steps
If you’ve just signed up, your ticket discounts will start applying automatically when you book online.
On your next visit:
- Head to our Box Office to validate your membership and collect your membership card.
- If you’ve signed up to Bush Local or Bush Connect, you’ll need to bring proof of eligibility with you. For Bush Connect, photo ID or a valid student card will be accepted. For Bush Local, please bring proof of address.
Future visits:
- You’ll need to show your membership card and signature alongside your ticket to enter a show, and to get your discounts on food and drink at the Bar.
Booking tickets
You can get your members’ discount on tickets now. To make sure you get your discounts when booking at the Bush:
- Always log in to your Bush Theatre account here. When you’re logged in, your discount will apply automatically at checkout.
- Make sure you have your membership card with you when you visit or book in person.

Going to see Red Pitch @sohoplace:
Bush members get special rates on tickets to Red Pitch in the West End. To unlock your special members rate for Red Pitch @sohoplace:
- Check your email – we’ve sent you a unique link to access your discounted rate on tickets for Red Pitch @sohoplace.
- You’ll only be able to get your discounted rate through this special link, so keep it safe.
- Make sure you take your membership card with you when you go to watch the show to present alongside your tickets.
What you’ll get:
- Bush Local: £5 off Bands A, B and C.
- Bush Friend: £5 off Bands A, B and C.
- Bush Connect: access to a special allocation of £15 front row Stalls tickets, saving £10.

FAQs
Why do I need a membership card?
You’ll get a special membership card which you show alongside your ticket and to receive discounts on food and drink. This is to make sure you always get your discounts!
Am I guaranteed tickets?
All tickets are subject to availability. Ticket discounts are available on all Bush Theatre productions. Some visiting productions won’t have a membership discount and/or waived booking fees.
Can anyone else use my benefits?
Many benefits extend to a guest, including your reduced price tickets and money off at the bar. As the person who holds the membership, you must be present for your guest to access these benefits. No one can use your membership without you being present.
How can I be the first to hear about events at the Bush, special offers and news?
Make sure your account is up to date with your email address. If you’re not already signed up to our newsletter, update your contact preferences in your account too to let us know what you want to hear about.
